Partner Engagement Analyst - IC Standards

DGS is currently seeking a talented Partner Engagement Analyst to support our Team located in Washington DC.  

Responsibilities and Duties  

  • Identify customer needs to determine the resources required to support the mission.
  • Collaborate with key government partners and stakeholders, including Customer Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), NNSA OCIO, Customer Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE), and the USIC.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and efficiently, adhering to production timelines and ensuring delivery of products under tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate and manage calendar invites for all Customer cyber intelligence briefs for senior policy, Intelligence Community, and programmatic customers.
  • Assist in establishing and implementing a standard process requiring the customer to provide an official request for cyber intelligence support. 
  • Prepare packages and documents for Customer leadership to provide background on the customer requesting support, the type of support being requested, the classification level, the anticipated attendees, and the logistics that are necessary to support the request.
  • Monitor and update briefing trackers, and usher the meeting coordination process to achieve deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the production team to review product sources, and apply writing standards, critical thinking skills, and expertise in grammar, punctuation and copy editing to identify and resolve editorial issues in complex text and graphics.
  • Review all cyber materials prior to sharing with the customer, specifically briefings, raw intelligence reports and finished intelligence products utilizing accepted Intelligence Community tradecraft and methodologies accepted by management.
  • Maintain situational awareness of a variety of issues and related intelligence challenges, to assist in providing written or verbal responses to policy maker requests.
  • Perform other cyber intelligence-related duties, as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Individual must have strong writing skills and demonstrated capabilities to edit, format, and review briefings. 
  • Individual must have knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community standards and tradecraft. 
  • Individual must adhere to tight timelines and strict quality guidelines. Individual must be able to review product sourcing to ensure material is accurately presented. 
  • Individual must be able to logically organize technical information in oral and written formats for senior U.S. government executive audiences, and work well in a team environment to support analysts and technicians in their cyber intelligence missions. 
  • It is preferred that the individual have demonstrated experience in electronic publication and design, to include experience in current web publishing technologies and the creating of graphics, tables and other visual elements to convey information. 
  • Must have a current TS/SCI clearance or have the ability to obtain one.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, and advanced degree is preferred. 
  • This requirement may be waived if the individual has demonstrated a minimum of 5 years in the intelligence partner engagement field.
